The short answer · Estimate
$30 million to $150 million
That is the spread of published estimates for Andy Frisella’s net worth: $30 million from Money Inc in 2022 [13], and $100 million to $150 million on two pages from 2026 [14][15]. None of them cites a filing. His companies are private. One of his websites puts six businesses at over $200 million in yearly revenue, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported [1], but that is company revenue, not his personal wealth, and his ownership shares have never been published.
Confidence: low. The estimates are far apart, the two higher ones use the same sentence, and no business outlet or filing gives his share of the companies.

How we estimate Andy Frisella’s net worth
Andy Frisella’s net worth is estimated by putting every published figure side by side and tracing where each one came from. None of them is official, and none rests on a filing.
| Source | What it says | Date |
|---|---|---|
| Money Inc [13] | Net worth $30 million; names Techie Gamers, Online Biz Booster and All American Speakers as its sources | 12 September 2022 |
| CelebsOrbit [14] | $100 million to $150 million, no sources cited | 31 January 2026 |
| kartikahuja.com [15] | $100 million to $150 million, in the same words as CelebsOrbit | 2 May 2026 |
| School of Hard Knocks Podcast [12] | Episode description claims a personal portfolio worth over $1 billion | 13 May 2026 |
| NetWorthSpot [16] | $204.4 thousand, a model of YouTube ad income only | Updated 1 September 2026 |
Our method
Three estimates, two origins. Money Inc gave $30 million in September 2022 and pointed to bio and aggregator pages, not to any filing [13]. CelebsOrbit gave $100 million to $150 million in January 2026 with no sources [14], and kartikahuja.com used the same sentence in May 2026 [15]. Identical wording counts as one estimate, not two.
How we set the range. We take the lowest and highest of those estimates, $30 million [13] and $150 million [14], as the range. Nothing published lets us pick a point inside it, so we don’t.
What sits outside the range. NetWorthSpot’s $204.4 thousand models YouTube ad income only [16], so it is not a net worth figure. A May 2026 podcast description says he has a personal portfolio worth over $1 billion [12]. It shows no figures, so we report it and leave it out of the range.
Revenue is not wealth. Entrepreneur wrote in 2017 that his portfolio of companies “rakes in over $100M a year” [7]. The Post-Dispatch cited one of his websites in 2025 for over $200 million a year across six businesses [1]. Both are sales before costs, tax and partners’ shares. He co-founded 1st Phorm with his friend Chris [8], so the company was never his alone, and the size of his stake has not been reported.
We update this page when a new deal, sale or filing moves the range; the “updated” date changes only then. The same method is used for all our net worth estimates; read how we research.
Where Andy Frisella’s money comes from
Andy Frisella’s money comes from the supplement companies he co-founded, his investments in private companies, and his podcasts and 75 Hard program. He started with one supplement store and a friend [8][7], then built 1st Phorm, a company based in Fenton, Missouri [11].
| Income stream | What is reported | Source |
|---|---|---|
| 1st Phorm and his other companies | Co-founded with his friend Chris. Entrepreneur put his portfolio of companies at over $100M a year in revenue in 2017; in 2025 the Post-Dispatch cited one of his websites for six businesses with over $200 million in annual revenue. This is company revenue, not personal pay, and his stake is not published | [8][7][1] |
| Supplement Superstore | His first business, a brick-and-mortar store started with a friend on $12,000. Rent was $1,000 a month, and the landlord wanted a year in advance. No sales figures published | [8][7][4] |
| Phorm Energy (a 1st Phorm deal) | 1st Phorm teamed up with Anheuser-Busch and UFC president Dana White on a Phorm Energy drink, reported in May 2025. The report names Sal Frisella as CEO and gives no deal terms | [6] |
| Investments | His site says he built majority and minority investment positions in privately owned companies over 22 years, and started The Arete Syndicate with Ed Mylett. No values published | [8] |
| Podcasts | Hosted The MFCEO Project from 2015 to 2019, then REAL AF with Andy Frisella, with co-host Davione Johnson. No income published | [4][9] |
| 75 Hard | A free 75-day program launched in 2019. His site promotes The Book on Mental Toughness and a 75 Hard app and says over 100,000 people have completed the program. No sales published | [4][10] |
Company revenue is the biggest number attached to his name, and it belongs to the companies. Entrepreneur’s 2017 figure and the 2025 figure are both gross sales across several businesses [7][1], and the second comes from his own website rather than an audit or a filing.
His own early pay was small by his account. A May 2026 podcast description says he made $58,380 in total across his first ten years in business [12]. It gives no source for that number either, so we treat it as his story, not a record.
Every dollar figure published about Andy Frisella, and whose money it is
Three of the ten dollar figures published about Andy Frisella try to measure his own wealth, from $30 million [13] to over $1 billion [12]; the other seven belong to his companies or describe start-up cash, rent, early pay, a donation or YouTube ad income. Mixing the two groups is how a supplement company’s sales turn into a founder’s net worth online.
| Figure | What it measures | Whose money |
|---|---|---|
| $12,000 [8] | Cash to open the first supplement store | His and his friend Chris’s |
| $1,000 a month, a year paid in advance [8] | Rent on the first store | The store’s |
| $58,380 over ten years [12] | Total earnings in his first ten years in business, per a podcast description | His (unverified claim) |
| Over $100M a year [7] | Revenue of his portfolio of companies in 2017 | The companies’ |
| $100,000 a year [2][5] | Donation to the St. Louis Guns ‘N Hoses Boxing Association, turned down in 2024 | Reported as a 1st Phorm donation |
| Over $200 million a year [1] | Revenue of six businesses in 2025, according to one of his websites | The companies’ |
| $30 million [13] | Net worth estimate, 2022 | His (estimate) |
| $100 million to $150 million [14][15] | Net worth estimate, 2026 | His (estimate) |
| Over $1 billion [12] | “Personal portfolio” claim, May 2026 | His (claim, no figures shown) |
| $204.4 thousand [16] | Model of YouTube ad income only, not net worth | His YouTube channel’s ad income (model) |
The three net worth figures run from $30 million [13] to over $1 billion [12], and none of them shows its working. The company figures are firmer because a journalist or the company stood behind them, but they measure sales, not what one owner keeps. We keep company money and personal money apart on every net worth page, including our estimate of Logan Paul’s net worth.
Earnings timeline
Andy Frisella’s earnings timeline runs from his first supplement store in the late 1990s [7] to a May 2026 claim of a $1 billion portfolio [12], with podcasts from 2015 and 75 Hard from 2019 [4].
| Year | What happened |
|---|---|
| Late 1990s | Opens Supplement Superstore with a friend. Entrepreneur, writing in April 2017, placed the store “almost two decades” back [7]; the pair started on $12,000 [8]. |
| 2015-2019 | Hosts The MFCEO Project [4][9]. |
| 2017 | Entrepreneur describes him as CEO of a suite of health and fitness companies with over $100M a year in revenue [7]. |
| 2019 | Launches the 75 Hard challenge, which later spreads on TikTok [4]. |
| 2024 | On 12 September he says on his podcast that women should not be police officers [1]. St. Louis County and City police end their ties with 1st Phorm, and he posts an apology episode [3]. Club Fitness removes 1st Phorm products [1], and Guns ‘N Hoses declines the $100,000 yearly donation [5]. |
| 2025 | In May, 1st Phorm, Anheuser-Busch and Dana White announce Phorm Energy, with Sal Frisella as 1st Phorm’s CEO [6]. In July, St. Louis Magazine reports he is not among the company’s leadership [2]. In October, St. Louis County police restore the partnership with 1st Phorm [1]. |
| 2026 | A May podcast description claims a personal portfolio worth over $1 billion [12]. |
What could change the number
A filing or a business-press report giving his share of 1st Phorm would change this estimate more than anything else. Without it, every figure for his personal wealth is a guess built on company sales.
The company’s direction matters too. 1st Phorm removed him from any kind of public leadership role after September 2024, and his brother Sal runs it as CEO [1]. Its Phorm Energy deal with Anheuser-Busch and Dana White [6] could raise what the business is worth. Whether that lifts his own net worth depends on a stake nobody has reported, so we won’t guess.
For another media figure whose number we built the same way, from a source table and a stated confidence, see our estimate of Chris Cuomo’s net worth.
